Insurance
I currently operate as an out of network provider and am not listed with any insurance providers. Services are very often covered in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- What will my plan cover for an out of network provider who is an LCPC?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session for an out of network provider?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?
Rates
Rates vary depending of mode of treatment. Please inquire directly for details.
Reduced Fee
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.
Payment
Cash, check and Zelle accepted. Payment required at time of service. Mediation/Divorce Coaching requires a retainer.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
