About Me

I am a graduate of Northwestern University (Bachelor of Science) and National-Louis University (Master of Science). My treatment approach is psychodynamic, meaning I draw from a variety of theoretical perspectives when treating clients.  My work is influenced by Dr. Dan Wile and Collaborative Couple Therapy, The Gottman Method, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, and Person-Centered approaches, among others.

I have extensive training in the Gottman Method Couples Therapy, Imago Therapy, and Collaborative Couple Therapy. I have received over 100 hours of advanced training in divorce mediation and conflict resolution, as well as countless hours in collaborative law/coaching.

I have been treating individuals, couples and families for over 20 years.
