I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, Mediator and Divorce
Coach, and have been practicing for 10 years. My objective in working with
clients is to create a safe, trusting relationship that is respectful of their issues
and problems, and works with their strengths in overcoming obstacles.
People enter therapy for all kinds of reasons. I strive to help clients identify
clearly what's happening and why, set goals based on their specific needs,
and see them through.
I offer a wide range of therapeutic, coaching, mediation and conflict resolution
services to individual adults, parents, spouses and couples. Therapy services
often address mood and anxiety disorders, relationship and family problems,
marital distress, trauma and substance abuse. Coaching, mediation and
conflict resolution services can include post-decree mediation, parent
education and coordination, communication skill building, and collaborative
divorce coaching.
